Harson has been operating in the city for 15 years, and has established itself as the premier English teaching academy in the area, serving over 50,000 students since their start. Yiwu is located just south of Hangzhou and Shanghai, and is centrally located for travel throughout China. Compensation ranges between 6000-15000 RMB, based on individual teacher’s qualifications. Applicants need only a Bachelor’s Degree and native command of the English language. The school will provide insurance, accommodation, and a stipend for airline travel. I have the S1 visa to accompany my husband who would be teaching in Beijing. I am my self a certified teacher from the USA in Science. I also have a PhD in Agricultural Engineering. Is there any possibility for me to get a job in Beijing? What would be the requirement for getting the Foreign Expert Certificate for myself as a Science teacher?
