Whats with $10 service charge for tickets?

To be fair this is the only english site that I have found with the lowest fare, other websites charge me more for tickets.

Still, the USD $10 charge seems ok for some tickets which cost $50, but it seems ridiculous for tickets that cost $7? (I get that the procedures are the same). Does anyone have an alternative to this?
