Travel Agent from Chengdu or Lhasa?

Hi Travel Buddies,

I am coming to Chengdu and have 4 to 5 days which I intend to tour Lhasa. Can anyone recommend a travel agency from Chengdu that will arrange travel itineray to Lhasa for 4/5 days or is it better for me to book an airticket and fly to Lhasa and arrange for my tour itinerary from Lhasa itself upon my arrival? Any recommendations?
