guest03219 I want go to China for a month to visit. I was born in China but now a U. S. Citizen. I have a five years court probation for dui. Will I have a problem applying for visa?

It's hard to tell. If you admit this when you apply for the visa, I think you won't get it. If you keep your dui as a secret, you might have a chance. But I don't know if the embassy checks your background information. If they do, they might find out that you made a lie.

GUEST03219 But the dui is over. It's allmost two years ago. its just a court probation. I don't have a probation officer or anything like that.
