Living and Studying in Nanjing

I'm Mina and I'm planning to study Chinese language for 1 year and then TCM. I only have 8000 RBM for living expenses. I was wondering if this is enough to live in Nanjing and pay for my residence for a few month until I can find a job?!
By the way, is it hard to find a part time job in Nanjing when you're not fluent in Chinese ?
