I do not like to go over Golmud, becoase for my trip
it will be a big detour. On my map I can see a very nice road going over > Gartok( Markam )<, this road will be the direktest way. Please let me know also
the time of my tripp will be good, my wish is to go

surely you can go to lhasa from Zhongdian, just take a flight from Diqing airport. here is a flight schedule for your reference

April is OK, but i think may and june is better, and do remeber to avoid May Day holiday, usually May 1st-7th.

Sorry, i misunderstood your post just now. the land route you refered is call Dian Zang Highway which is from Kunming to Markam. if you take a bus from Zhongdian you could only get to Deqen and the bus between Deqen and Markam is not availible, hitch hiking might be the only way you could get through. thr road situation is also not optimistic, debris flow and landslide often happen in rainy season such as July and August.
