To be precise, in the intersection of zhongxin street and xingming road ( 中新路，星明街） called 新馨花园。 -The apartment itself is on the 4th floor, has a living room, a kitchen, a balcony, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, but the room for rent shares the bathroom with another tenant. -Washing machine available and a fully functioning kitchen as well ( including microwave, oven, stove, etc ). -Apartment size is around 110m2, room for rent is around 45m2 includes a bed, wardrobe, tv, bookshelf, study table, shelf. Has two windows side by side with good ventilation. -Unlimited internet is available as long as air conditioning in the room & water heater. -Room will be available for 3 months until May and costs 1000rmb/month ( 170 USD a month ). Service fee is around 60rmb/month ( 10 bucks!! ). Did I mention that it has wooden floors? -Garage is available on the first floor. -Perfect for students as the location is nearby Suzhou University East Campus. Also perfect for workers as this apartment is located right beside a metro station, several bus stops on different gates and a park just across the road.
