guest29124	Hello! I am new here and have million questions, as planning to relocate to China for work in near future. I am planning to come on S1 Visa and when in China start looking for a job in hospitality industry for non-management position. Are the hotels generally would be supporting Z visa for non-management positions or it is too much of a hassle for them and difficult to get? Thank you very much!

GUEST89349	You plan to find a job on S1 and apply for the Z type in PRC. Am I right? I am afraid that you may not apply for the Z in PRC. You will be possibly asked to apply in your own country.

GUEST20101	It is ulikely you will find a job in China. To work legally you need an invitation from a business or organisation registered to employ foreigners. You also need so special skill which a Chinese worker cannot provide, and at least a Bachelors degree. If you have these you need to apply for a Z visa before you enter China.
