UK VISA COOLING PERIOD

guest16021 Hi,

In Aug-2010 I have entered UK from the first time with Tier 2 visa and which was valid for 1 year and later I have extended my visa for 2 more years till Jul-2013. But I have come out of UK in Nov-2012.

Now, I am applying Tier 2 visa again for the work purpose. In the case will the cooling period will be applicable to me.

Please suggest.
