Please help! Can I change Q2 visa to Q2 in HK? or extend it in China?

GUEST99565	It's possible to extend your Q2 at the local entry and exit management bureau. You should go there for detailed procedure. Remember that the extension should be submitted at least 7 days before your current one expires.

GUEST7894	MORGULIS, Usually, you can get the same period as that on your current one. But sometimes, the officer might shorten the period. I don't know why they do this.

GUEST16860	Hi! Can anyone help me out on this please. I just got 30 days Q2 Chinese visa from Pakistan and its valid till September, 2017. What do I need to do to get Permanent and/or Temporary Resident Permit. Anyone knows the procedure and do I have to submit my application from China or Pakistan if there is any? Really appreciate your concern. Regards.
