Conversational Chinese classes in China

Hi there. I intend to go to China soon,for 8/10 weeks . I have studyied well for over a year learning 750 Hanzi basic and basic grammar. I am 68 ,in good shape but prefer some area with minimum pollution. Any info appreciated esp. the type of students(nationality,etc.) in such classes and what fees are normal,etc. Also accommodation costs,etc.
