guestSheldon	I have been wanting warn people for months about what I suspected was a big fraud but I had nothing more than my gut feeling so I kept quiet. But not anymore. My friend sent me this link and it is exactly as a thought - Another Chinese company pretending to be part of the government! They say they work for free but when I wanted them to enroll me at Tsinghua last year, they insisted I go pay a company called "Beijing ChiWest" $3,000. After I complained the price was outrageous, they dropped it to $2,000 as I was walking out the door!
