guest19796	I'm trying to book a room at Home Inn Jiefangzhong Road in Guangzhou for June. But it looks like they do not allow bookings out that far. It seems like they only allow bookings out 2 months. Is that true for all Home Inns? Would it be wise to call them and book directly with the hotel? Is it common to call and make a reservation? And if I do it this way, do they normally email you a confirmation? If I am unable to book Home Inn on Jiefangzhong road, can anyone recommend a hotel nearby that is safe and clean? I am interested in staying in the Gongyuanqian metro station area because of the People's Park and I like being near two metro lines (1 and 2). Is this area a safe place for a family with young children? Is this a good place to stay or would you suggest other areas?

GUEST679095	I think you should call the hotel and negotiate with them. They usually send you a text message of confirmation. I think you can ask them to send you the email confirmation if you really need it. If Home Inn is not available, you might consider Motel 168, 7days Inn and other express hotels in that area.
