Overstay in China

DILEEP Points: Join Date: Apr 13, 2014 Status: offline	i'm Working in china now for one month.. and i applied for Work and Residence permit before 30days of entry..i got my work permit(for one year) but unfortunately for my residence permit i can't complete the procedures before 30days...so my z visa expired!!Now i overstayed for one week,P.S.B ask me to go back to my country and apply for new visa.So can i get my new z-visa without any delay?is any other formalities there?
