Looking for a nice clean hotel with good location to shopping and restaurants. Hotel must have English speaking staff and safe location.
Traveling to Shenyang in October 2014 will also need a translator. Can anyone recommend one or give me a idea how to advertise for one. Also the cost per day. I will be here as a tourist , not on business!
