VISA APPLICATION FORM or RESIDENCE PERMIT APPLICATION FORM must be fully completed,with one recently taken,two-inch,color passport photo without a hat; 2. TEMPORARY RESIDENCE REGISTRATION FORM; 3. Individual application; 4. Valid passport, both the original and a photocopy,a valid visa,the original and a photocopy,last time entry information page,both the original and a photocopy; 5. Family relationship proof, proof of no immediate relatives abroad,proof of financial resources or proof of immediate relative’s financial security,proof of House Property or house renting.For his/her spouse with foreign nationalities,proof of marriage relationship must be provided. 6. a)To come to live with Chinese relatives must provide;Chinese resident ID card of ,his/her proof of the family member’s residence in China or proof of living on the Chinese mainland for longer than 6 months; b)To come to live with foreigners with permanently resident qualification in China must provide;permanent residence card and proof of living on the Chinese mainland for longer than 6 months; 7. Proofs by oversea organizations must be verified by the Chinese Embassy or Consulates and with Chinese translation stamped by the translation company .
