Tourist visa: without flight tickets, preferably without hotel booking. | |

| Hey everybody! The new visa regulations in China seemingly include a lot of inconvenient requirements for a tourist visa: confirmed return flight tickets, accommodation bookings for the entire trip, occasionally even a bank statement. Of all those i could probably produce the booking (easily made online, then canceled), but not the rest - i'm coming and leaving overland and i don't currently have a bank account. Therefore, the question: has anyone recently had success applying for a Chinese visa without all this in Thailand, Laos or Vietnam? Which country is better for the purpose? I'm a citizen of Russia, been to China a few times before, no criminal/overstay record, one old Chinese visa in the passport. Thanks in advance for any advises! Mark. |
