travel agent won't submit visa app.

guest50222 I am American, living in Colombia applying for a tourist China visa and the travel agent won't submit my application because I don't have a Colombian cedula (ID). I have a Colombian visa. I spent a week and 3 appointments with her. What can I do? I am in Medellin and the Embassy is in Bogota. I prefer not to have to go as the price is so reasonable. Does it sound like a valid reason?

GUEST7Y78 GUEST50222, if the agency can't help you, then you may visit the embassy to submit your application on your own. But I can't guarantee that you will get it successfully. It's the only option you have.
