Beijing residence work permit with DUI

guest91959 I have a DUI and want to work in China for a long-term. Since Beijing now requires a Certificate of No Criminal Conviction, will a DUI disqualify me??

It's hard to tell. The Dui will affect your z visa application. However, it doesn't mean that you will not apply for it successfully. It's th consular officer's call to decide whether you will get or not.
