guest92875 I'd like to be able to track the progress of my visa but to do so you need to put in the pickup form number. Can anyone tell me where this is on the pickup form? I have typed in what i thought should be it several times :s.

It usually takes four or five working days. If you are not in a hurry, you can go to the CVASC branch or consulate on the fourth or fifth day to figure out whether you receive your visa or not. Anyway, you need go there to get back your passport.
