I need help with information about a package I had ordered.

Hi, I ordered some things from a website, that is connected to china. I recieved a tracking number, it's RJ132821889CN. I looked it up on this website, http://www.17track.net/index_en.shtml and it says all sorts of stuff about it, that I do not understand, can someone please help me to find out where it is?! Please and thank you :)
