I'm moving out from my current room on September 13, because of leaving country and looking for someone to replace me. I spent 1, 5 years in this apartment, so you can see it's comfortable for leaving for a long time. Location: Located in Jing an area, very close to Nanjing road ( line 2) 10 min walk or 15 min walk to line 1 Hanzhong road. It's great area to live, as you can find anything, shopping on Nanjing road with western restaurants, H&M, Zara etc., Wuding road with many cute French bars and restaurants full of expects. Pharmacy store across the street, few banks, including international, food supermarket, amazing French bakery store and many local Chinese restaurants with great and cheep noodles:) About apartment: It's 5 bedroom apartment with leaving room, nice kitchen and two bathrooms. Always great and clean people living here, usually young foreigners 20-30 that study, interns or working ( now here're girl from Chili, American boy, Chinese girl, French girl, and me), all are nice and friendly people, we often like to go out together or just hang out at home. Apartment is new renovated, with modern kitchen, that not common for Chinese apartments, we have microwave, fridge, electronic cooker and all equipment for cooking. Living room has big plasma tv with lots of DVDs, also iron, iron desk and washing machine, like I said everything you need for living. About my room: It's big enough, with huge window ( as we have high ceilings), big and powerful conditioner that good for both winter and summer time. Queen size bed, big desk, wardrobe and two multi shelves bedside tables. Payment: It's 2750 rmb per month ( including wifi internet), you pay in the end of month for the next one. Deposit is 4200 rmb Room is available from 13 September, for any term, long and short. Utilities usually about 200 rmb/each per month (shared between all roommates equal) P.S.
