guest34117	hi. I have a Chinese friend here in the Phils. who is overstaying already for more than 2 years. However, he already found a wife and has a kid here. My Chinese friend wants to get married with his wife but is having a problem due to his illegal stay here and cannot get the needed requirements for Philippine marriage (Legal capacity for marriage). Please help. He also wants to go home to China but is scared that if he does, he will not be able to come back here in the Phils. and see his family. Please let us know the best way to resolve his issue.
