student visa problem

guest50115 I have succesfully obtained my visa to study in china, starting next week. Unfortunately, I have since lost my jw202 form which I need to apply for a residency permit in china. Does anybody know if the JW202 form can be replaced? And if so how? I know I have 30 days to apply for a residency permit once arriving in China so I am hopong I can get it sorted when I arrive next week. Any help at all greatly appreciated! !
