Package lost for months still in China Sort Facility

guest88199	I am frustrated. I purchased an item from Wigsby back in March or April of 2014. The company sent a product different than what I paid for. They basically told me it was my problem. I paid by PayPal who allowed me to file a fraud complaint. I was instructed to ship package back to the address PayPal indicated. I did, but the package still says it's in the China Sort Facility. PayPal won't refund me, and the company is saying they don't have it. But today, Sept. 24, 2014, I get a message saying Wigsby has the package. Problem is, the tracking still says it's at sort facility. Since the US post office says it's out of the country, and out of their hands, that's a dead end. And PayPal has deserted me. I am so angry still. Does anyone have any info as to how I can contact this place, or maybe an office that oversees this type of issue? The tracking # is CW955781425US. The costs of the item is $241 and I don't have the money or item. Anyone please???!!!

No the problem has not been solved. Thanks for looking into this. The tracking number i gave is all that the USPS gave me.That number is the only number on their custom form. I am also waiting for an investigation from the USPS Inspector General's office. I had to photograph my customs form to their office. They show the package in the China Sort Facility. It appears they have screwed up royally. I will update you all with updates. Also since this post, i received an email asking me of o wasnted the package shipped back to me. I never responded. But that package seems to be.travelling but not being teacked.
