is the phenomenon that give people who have extra more and take away from who lack of irriontional

KELLYSEARCH Points: Join Date: Sep 30, 2014 Status: offline	Poeple who already have more sources are easier to be given more,and people who lack of them sometimes are taken advantage of ,it is unfair, right?This feeling comes from my own experience.I quit from a trade company and tried to start freelance translating,but most translation agencies want quite experienced translators.And some experienced translators asked me to help them freely with the promise of sharing some taks with me ,but all ended in vain.I have be registered in only one translation company since my quit.And this one is weoird ,coz they charge deposit money before you take the task,I often am worried that they will fraud me,coz the task they give you becomes larger,and the deposit becomes higher.
