EMS parcel stuck at-Forwarded for export

I am very worry about my parcel! its stuck on Forwarded for Export from 25th September(today is 17.10) China-UK.And when i contact supplier she sad EMS try to find were is parcel and already 2 weeks...i am so upset,what do you all think i lost my parcel?what i have to expect?how long they will search for it?Maybe its because there was holidays in China,and all parcels delay?Please please help!
