How do I contact EMS from Australia. They have no email

guest68194 I tried calling the 11183 number but always get reply this number is not existing.
I used 0011 + 86 + 11183.

Problem is a parcel was delivered to my old address yesterday and was refused. I tracked the local agent Australia Post and they said I have to contact EMS to ask them to re-deliver to my new address.
