Can anybody help as to how to contact the lost and found department in Guangzhou airport?

guest15555 I have called so many times, and nobody answers the phones, a couple of times they answered me after over 20 minutes that they left me hearing some music, and guess what no one spoke english or any other language! I was passed on to several receptionists and no one spoke english! I lost my Iphone 4 on 12.10.14. Who can give me advise? thank you for any help
