 | It will be wonderful to see authentic culture of China.I intend to travel mid 2005.My Mandarin and knowledge of China is fairly ok so do not worry about getting lost.I am a retiree ,still fit and strong,and need a travelling companion of any nationalities...duration of travel about a month. | I did a 14 day trip in October/Nov 2014: 18 Oct flew into Changsha 19 Oct joined local tour to Yueyang 20-25 Oct joined group of 10 and toured Zhangjiajie 26-30 Oct (2 of us)Bullet-trained to Xian( even visited historical fortress of Yong Guan) 31 Oct Left China for Hong Kong. I am heading for Guangxi and Guizhou in 2 weeks' time.. Found it easier to travel on my own( 2 or 3) as can see more and at a smaller budget . Transportation is fantastically reasonably priced(I travelled within Xian for 1 RMB in non aircon bus) .Knowing Mandarin is my biggest asset!! My @Hotmail.com address is liew1238 |
