Driving in qingdao

I'm think of moving to qingdao with a newborn and toddler. We will need to drive. Do expats drive in qingdao? Is it expensive to keep a car on the road? How to I go about buying a car? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to apply a drive license before you hit the road. It's not expensive to keep a car on the road. Go and find someone to help you, Good luck!
