Looking for a tailor/seamstress in Guang Zhou/Hong Kong

I'm looking for a tailor who can make women's clothing and party dresses in small quantities 20-30. This is for my online shop, which is based in Australia. Will be visiting Hong Kong/Guangzhou this January! Would like to know where I can go to look for tailors in Guangzhou/HongKong?

Will you offer all the fabric and accessories for production? Otherwise it's not that possible for a tailor to fulfill the commission. Production is a complicated process. If you offer ready cut fabric pieces then a seamstress could do.
No matter what, the quantities 20-30 are small so that the cost will be high. I'm afraid you'll also need a translator to help you on communication between you and the tailor / seamstress...
