guestlawrence hi, am in china on a study visa but now i am about to finish my studies and i want to work here in China. I was wondering if it is possible to get a working visa without going back home.

I am afraid that you can't. According to some applicants, you need get back to your country to apply.

I think you should have to go home and apply for a visa.
