30 Day visa, but a transfer flight after midnight Day 31? | |

| Hey guys, quick question. I'm going to get an S2 visa to visit my friend and his family. Apparently the limit is 30 days. The flight I want to book arrives on March 1 and leaves on March 30 (so 30 days). However, my return flight leaves from Chongqing at 20:00 to Beijing. Then I fly from PEK 00:50 to the Netherlands. Will this be a problem with the visa day limit? I called and they said it doesn't count as a transfer because it's still in the country, but they've given me wrong information before so I wanted to check here. I'm not sure if the lady understood what I was saying. Thank you! :) -Aaron |

| TWINMATRIX, They are right. However, you should make sure that you pass the immigration checkpoint before 00:00 of March 30. |

| Thank you for the reply. :) I think to be safe I should book a return one day earlier then. Maybe they will see it as a request for a 31-Day Visa, and give me 30 Days if I book a new return flight. The lady at visa center warned me that could happen if I apply for longer than 30 days. |
