Companion/tutor needed for male 15 year old American student

A person is needed to help my son, in the photo, for 4 hours minimum a day, most days. He will need to have help with his class work just to make sure he finishes it and then take him out on an outing or take him to my work. I will be at work during the day. This is a paid position but I am able to tutor in English or for the IELTS or TOEFL tutoring.
