guest91194	I traveled to China four time in the last two years. Every time I traveled I have to buy new SIM (China Mobile). Is there any legal way to own a SIM card I mean a Mobile number in China?. So that whenever I traveled to China I have the same number and need not to buy every time. I usually travel to Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang etc. For the coming years I guess I will travel at least once a year. I have two question. Is there any legal way of buying a SIM, I mean through legal document like Passport etc from the mobile office, but not through common shops OR buy from common shop and get registered? How much I will have to pay per month (minimum) in order to keep the SIM active? Thanks
