KAISER Points: Join Date: Jun 1, 2014 Status: offline	Hi, Over stay in china since july 2010 , many times applied for Chinese visa but always rejected . Any one know when to get chines visa ? thanks

I‘d like to know how long you overstayed? Were you deported? Or did you just pay the fine? Or were you just detained for several days?

According to waht I know, overstaying becomes a part of your entry records. The embassy may refuse your applications for this reason. It may last for five years. Five years later, you may apply again. This is what I heard.

However, there is no guarantee that you can apply successfully. You know, it's the consular officers who issue the visas. They weight the risks on their own. If they still think that you might overstay again, then they may not give you the visa too.
