EMS tracking : Says my package was a some JCYX place.

guest18138	I'm really hoping someone can give me some straight answers, I'm from the US, and I ordered a package from China, and the "Delivered Time" says 7-12 days. We are on day 12 as of today. I have not been able to track my package the entire time, because it would say "No tracking information, or overdue tracking." but today I clicked "track" next to the tracking number provided, and it's telling me my package was Despatched from JCYX sorting center. Where is this place? I'm just really baffled at this point. I hope I don't get screwed out of my product.

GUEST6675	Apparently, your parcel was delayed or sent to EMS late. TDespatched from JCYX sorting center means that your parcel was sent out of China. And it may take 15 days to reach USA. If possible, you may provide your tracking number, I might try to help you find what happened.

GUEST17162	What!? Ive been waiting 3 weeks, and parcel still in JCYX.......IT has never taken so long. Average about 7-10 days. Now on day 13, and parcel is still in China! WTF! Anyone else having trouble with this vendor?
