what's the policy for student Visa in Hangzhou?

I'm currently working in ZUFE in Hangzhou and about applying student Visa in other Asian Countries usually that works like Thailand. Or you can apply for the student Visa in Hongkong, have you worked out which university?

I havent decided where i want to go but what i need is an intensive classes for few months which can aslo provide the X visa.

GUESTGUESTNEO	Hello, if I want to change schools from jiangsu to hangzhou, do I need a transfer letter even though I'm starting all over again and not transferring credits? What if I can't obtain a transfer letter because my school is stubborn, can I not defer my visa in jiangsu instead? Then reapply afresh just like a fresher does. Please assist me.
