I went to Wuxi several years ago and it strongly impressed me.I wonder how much it has changed since I was there.

It depends on what do you mean by "several years ago", if it is over 10 years, 80% what you were familiar with gone.

I went to Wuxi several year ago, and visited the famous Lake Taihu. It was not that impressive as i imagined before :(

haha~~when I was in the Taihu shore I caught half of bucket shellfishes ,and cooked them home ,very good to eat :)

I v beent there, too. Many years ago.

A very nice city!

Cities with water, be it lake or river, are so much different and wondrous, like Guangzhou, Moscow, Paris.

The only exception is Tianjin. The Haihe River did not add too much to the city.
