guest27369	Hello Everyone, A cozy, neat, and fully furnished apartment is looking for a second roommate for sublease for 6 months. The apartment has in total 80 qm, including one living room, two bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom, and the balconey. There are two bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with the balconey. You can either take the master or the second bedroom. It is totally negotiatable. The bedroom is totally furnished and has a bed with matress, a desk, a chair, a couch, A/C, heater, and a lamp. In the living room, we have TV. In the kitchen, there is microwave, stove, vacuum cleaner, cook, fridge, and any tableware. In the bathroom, we have a washing machine. Basically, you can just walk in with one suitcase and live in there. There is a gay couple living in another bedroom and they are very nice and friendly. Both female and male roommate are welcome. Location: Beijing, ChaoYang District Nearest Subway Station: Line 10, Shi Li He Distance to Subway: 15 minutes walking distance Period: The leasing contract is valid till Nov 2015. I will move out on May 29th and the yout can move in right afterwards.
