Any department stores in Guangzhou near Haizhu Square?

Does anyone know of any good cheap department stores near Haizhu Guang Chang that has a set price on items? I'm primarily looking for some consumer electronics like headphones and Chinese tea and I don't want to waste my time haggling in markets.
