My ems package came to the U.S. And went back to China, it looks like it may return back to the U.S.

guestuschick	I have been waiting on a package since April 13th it processed into the U.S. And was flagged and went "inbound" in Chicago. My package went back to Beijing and it looks like it is being processed again. Has anyone experienced this? If you search on USPS you can see that custom seized it but if you go onto the English version of EMS you see that it's being processed again. EA094215762CN can anyone help out with this, or explain if this is normal.
