Help with parcel location please

guest21121 Hello,
I sent a parcel of fabric samples to an individual in Guiyang City of Guizhou on March 6th and the parcel is being held in Guiyang due to an address problem. I have a tracking number an a phone number of the recipient as well as the correct address. Can anyone advise or help me get the package to it destination?
