Need a hotel close to shopping markets, nightlife, good quality, value priced??

Also hotel in Ningbo?

Option 1, Sofitel Hyland Hotel Shanghai (4*)
located on the pedestrian part of the Nanjing Road. It is also close to the Bund.

Option 2, Shanghai JC Mandarin(5*)
very expensive

Option 3, Pacific Luck Hotel(3*),
good location, nice service, cheap in price

Option 4, Peace hotel(4* 5*)
