guest41233	I have ordered an iPhone5s from a person in nanyang, Henan province on may 29 2015 through PayPal. It says the phone has been paid for and i have the email of the confirmation number and the money has been taken out of my PayPal account. I emailed the person she never emailed back or anything she only sent me a picture of it. I asked her was she going to accept everything and ship it she never replied. Is this a scam or a actual sale i need help i don't know what is it

GUEST59098765	guest41233, If I was correct, Paypal has 30 or 60 days of guarantee period. Where do you live? It the seller sent the phone via China Post, then it takes around a month to arrive. If you didn't receive it after one month is gone, then you can complain to the Paypal to get your money back.
