Will my washing machine and dryer from the U.S. work in China?

guest63131 The washer in our town home we are moving to in Tianjin is very small. I would like to bring my current washing machine and dryer from the U.S. Will they work there with an adapter? Or can I order new ones that are larger that will?

Please check the plugs of your washing machine and dryer. If they support 110V-240V, then you can just bring an adapter. If it only supports 110V, then I think you need to bring a transformer because 220V is applied in China.
