| Why i cannot work in China on Q1 Visa? | |

 | Dear all, i am married to a Chinese woman and need to support my family. when i applied for Z visa Chinese Government said i dont meet requirements of Z visa, and and i cannot work on Q1 visa. then what should i do? why i cannot work to support my family? what is the reason behind this law? i will be very thankful to you if any body will answer me. thanks. |

| GUEST8994 | Q1 type is a "family reunion" one that enables to make you and your wife unite. Every visa type is issued according to your visiting purpose. You can not do everything you want with a certain type. If you can work with your Q1 type, then why do they make the classification of several types? They just can issue one type to cater all people's needs. It's much easier. Not only China but also other countries in the world do classify different kinds of visas. The applicants need to apply a proper one according to their visiting purpose. If you plan to work, please find out what you lack for applying for the Z type. Usually it requires bachelor's degree (at least) and around 2 years related working experience. |
