Experienced in setting up kitchen from scratch, creating menus, hiring and training kitchen and wait staff.

Pricing - mid-range
Menu - Mediterranean - with specialty focus on international cuisine from around the world in conjunction with cultural activities hosted in the Cultural Exchange Centre.

Min 5 years proven experience in International restaurant.
Preferred China experience

You'll be working closely with both Chinese and foreign management team
