I will never do business with Alibaba or its suppliers again. I found a supplier through Alibaba and ordered a product. I got nothing and lost over $500.00. Alibaba said I must have been hacked, and won't do anything to help. If anything goes wrong you’ll be screwed.

Hate to say it, but this has very little to do with Alibaba (which is just a glorified version of the yellow pages) and a lot with neglecting your own due diligence.
